What is the 30 Day Challenge?

We already know that you should be moving more, eating better, deepening social connections, and investing in recovering every day for good health. Still, the reality is that it's more challenging than it looks. For many of us, there is a gap between where we are today and where we want to be in the future.

Since the Build Your Ideal Day project began, we've been researching the latest scientific evidence on living a healthier life every day. We have shared these insights with an audience of more than 15,000 people through awareness sessions, physiology monitoring, and wellness habit change programs. Additionally, we have initiated our citizen science project and asked our established wellbeing community 'what action will you take tomorrow to enhance your health and wellbeing?'. The answer to this question has formed the basis for the Build Your Ideal Day 30-day challenge.

Our goal is to break down the science of thriving well being into small intentional steps. By fostering curiosity about living better, we invite you to join us for the next month as we explore how we might improve your well being focusing on moving more, eating healthier, recovering better, and deepening our social Connections.

We've already seen people bridge their own wellbeing 'gap' and hope the next 30 days will help excite you to do the same.
